The Service is built on a global edge architecture. Your data may be processed and stored in various geographic locations around the world via Cloudflare and Turso edge nodes. By using the Service, you consent to this international transfer and storage of your information.

5. AI Data Usage

While we send your inputs to AI models (Groq, OpenAI) to generate responses, we do not use your personal data to train AI models. We select providers that offer enterprise-grade privacy controls regarding data training.

6. Your Rights (CCPA/CPRA & GDPR)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. We provide a "Withdrawal" feature in the Service that allows you to immediately delete your account and associated data.
