You are responsible for the content you post. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to post content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING $0 OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT ALLOWED BY LAW. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR DATA PERSISTENCE.
Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. You and the Developer agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
